Custom Ordering Policy
Please call us to set up a consultation appointment and to take your personal measurements. For any custom order there is a consultation fee of $50 to be paid up front. When your order is placed, the consultation fee will be deducted. If you are unable to come to our shop, please make a copy of the measurement sheets that are available on the website. If Showing Style does not take your measurements and they are incorrect, the alterations will be at your expense. Should you have any questions about measuring, please don’t hesitate to call us. We will be happy to discuss your design/order ideas over the phone or by e-mail.
A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required when you place your order. Any changes from the original contract may result in additional expenses to the customer. Payment in full is required before your order is picked up or shipped. Any custom order that is not paid in full within 60 days after completion will be placed in our inventory to sell and the deposit will not be refunded.
Alterations to your custom order will be done at no charge within 30 days of receipt if we took the measurements. Plan for alterations to take approximately 3-4 weeks. If the measurements were not done by Showing Style, alteration charges are half price when the chaps are sent within 30 days of your receipt. Call for alteration pricing.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for custom orders and an additional two weeks for necessary alterations. Rush orders will be charged an additional $100 and express shipping charges for materials may be applied for orders required in less than 4 weeks.
Shipping: Shipping and handling fees are additional to the purchase price of the merchandise. Standard shipping for orders and alterations is via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight shipping is available at the customers expense.
Refunds: All custom orders are non-refundable.
