Please call us so we can set up a consultation appointment for you and to take your personal measurements. If you are not in the area to come to the shop, please make a copy of the measurements sheets available on the website. We will be happy to discuss your design/order ideas over the phone or by e-mail. Should you have any questions while measuring, please don't hesitate to call. If Showing Style does not take the measurements for you and they are incorrect, the alterations will be at your expense.
A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required when you place your order. Any changes from the original contract may require additional expense to the customer. Payment in full is needed before your order is picked up or shipped. Any custom order that is not paid in full within 60 days after completion will be placed in our inventory for sale. Deposits are non-refundable if the custom order is sold after the 60 day period.
Alterations are done at no charge within 30 days of purchase if we did the measurements. If the measurements were not done by Showing Style LLC, it is up to Showing Style to decide on charging for any alterations that need to be done.
Custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for custom orders and an additional two weeks for necessary alterations. Rush orders will be charged an additional $100 and express shipping charges for materials may be applied for orders required in less than 4 weeks.
